My Love

Your skin glows like the sun, blossoms as a rose in the purest hope of spring.
My heart follows the sound of your saxophone and jumps like a dog at the whisper of your name.
The evening floats in on a great dove wing.
I am comforted by your picture that i carry into the twilight of homebeams and hold next to my heart.
I am filled with hope that i may dry your tears of sorrow.
As my heart fills with love for you.
In the quiet, i listen for your last words of the day.
My heated love burns for you. I wait in the moonlight for you so that we may kiss, lips to lips, in search for the magnificent lights and mystical feeling of love.

Intro: Poem #1

Why do you do this to me?
I hate this pain!
You played me as if I was a silly little game!
Now its over and done,
I thought you were my number one!
I guess I was wrong!
Times you can never rewind,
to love we could never find.
Same story, different day
Choking on your love, torn in lies In the end it always dies.
Tonight you've thrown it all down the drain,
I closed my eyes so i wouldn't feel or see the pain.
Just heartaches...heartbreaks....and your smiles were all...fakes!

I hate you Carlo!
